Lisa brings to APR a wealth of skill, experience and professionalism developed over two decades in the California real estate industry. Lisa took to all aspects of real estate as if born to it. In her first year, she was “Rookie of the Year” for her office and quickly became not only a top producer, but a leader in organized real estate having served as Secretary, Treasurer, President-Elect and President for her location Association of Realtors then Regional Vice President, MLS Committee Chair and Common Interest Subdivision Chair for the California Association of Realtors; all within six years of entering the profession.
Lisa's legal and technical knowledge, as well as her ability to manage difficult situations and help agents tap into their own excellence, has made Lisa a favorite of clients and agents alike. Lisa currently participates as a trainer for the Alain Pinel Masters Program dealing with Contracts and Agreements and has also been a trainer for Leadership Sunnyvale as well as conducting training in personal development, sales and technical aspects of real estate.
Lisa moved to Hawaii at the age of 12. The culture of Hawaii deeply affected Lisa and influences her warm style. Her hobbies include the SF Giants, singing, music, wild birds, cooking and anything technology-related .
Lisa resides in the Blackhawk neighborhood of Danville with husband Pat and daughter Malia.
